This Wednesday is my 45th birthday.
In 2011, my Doctor told me that I would be dead in five years if I didn’t change my life.
At the time, I was hovering around 340 pounds and my health was a mess.
It was the wake-up call that was needed as I made the decision on that day to change my life and eat less and move more.
Nine years later, I am 60 pounds lighter, still alive, and in the best shape of my life.
This past weekend, I celebrated 70 consecutive days of exercising on my stationary bike and I feel thankful to still be here.
Exercising combined with Intermittent Fasting have been two of the key reasons that I have been able to keep the weight off.
I should have died four years ago so every year is a blessing.
That health struggle was the basis for my first book and it was life-changing.
This is why I strongly feel that EVERYONE has a Story to Share.
It is also why I believe that we should always celebrate our wins.
My win is getting another year older and celebrating that milestone.
Those moments are priceless.
My birthday wish is for you to enjoy the wins and celebrate at every possible opportunity.
